Job Title and Location: Technician - Project Manager |

| Brief overview of role: |
Reporting to the General Manager of the business, the successful candidate will be responsible for enabling and coordinating equipment build up, commissioning and through life support activities for domestic and international customers. They will be accountable for managing the technical and commercial execution of projects on time and within budget. They will ideally have proven engineering and / or project management experience in a marine or defence related role. Appropriate tertiary qualifications, good interpersonal and communication skills and strong customer service focus will be required. Ability to manage cultural diversity and the interface between client and shipyard / designers will be important elements for success in this interesting and challenging role. Some international travel may be required.

Job Title and Location: Sales-Business Development Manager |

Reporting to the General Manager of the business, the successful candidate will be responsible for the sale of Caterpillar centric marine propulsion and power generation solutions while generating new business opportunities and meeting sales and profit budgets. They will provide effective customer relationship management to key account customers and provide effective handover of successful quotes/tenders to designated Engineer/Project Manager. Appropriate tertiary qualifications, good interpersonal and communication skills and strong customer service focus will be required. Ability to manage cultural diversity and the interface between client and shipyard / designers will be important elements for success in this interesting and challenging role.
